In-Person Experiences
Intimate, place-based gatherings rooted in presence, embodiment, and seasonal rhythm. Hosted in private outdoor spaces and public venues. Space is always limited — each held with care.
Sound under the Sky
An intentional space for sound, stillness, and stress-relief in an intimate backyard setting. The sound journey includes crystal singing bowls, pyramids, drums, and chimes to lull you to peace.

A community gathering for collective healing and resilience — co-facilitated with Megan Noorman. Held monthly in a spacious warehouse setting, these donation-based experiences offer space to slow down, regulate your system, and process the realities of living through changing times — together.
Breathwork
Guided breathwork to regulate, release, and reconnect with your body's innate resilience.
Embodiment
Gentle movement and somatic practices to arrive fully in the present moment, quieting the mind.
Sound + Reflection
Immersive sound and guided reflection to integrate, soften, and reconnect with what sustains us.
