Years of practice. Layers of wisdom. A path leading you back to yourself.
For almost three decades, I've been walking alongside people as they navigate healing, growth, change, and transformation.
What began as a career in bodywork evolved into a lifelong exploration of what it means to live well—not just physically, but emotionally, mentally, relationally, and spiritually.
Today, I work with individuals who are ready to reconnect with themselves, move beyond old patterns, and create lives that feel more aligned, meaningful, and whole.
My work is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and the belief that we each carry an innate wisdom that can guide us home to ourselves.
The people who find their way here are often standing at a threshold—seeking healing, clarity, growth, or a deeper way of being in relationship with themselves and the world.
I've spent my career exploring the many layers that shape the human experience and the intersection of science and spirituality, healing and transformation, embodiment and human potential.
I began my career in 1999, focused entirely on healing the physical body. As time went on, I saw that stress, pain, and struggle often had roots far beyond what could be seen on the surface.
The body holds truth, messages, and deep wisdom
The nervous system holds relational pain and trauma
The subconscious holds beliefs and survival patterns
The heart and spirit whisper their longing for more
In the beginning, I believed that healing was the destination — If we could understand and heal these deeper layers, we would finally arrive.
Eventually, I understood that we could spend our entire lives healing, but never fully living.
My work now integrates a multidimensional approach rooted in a different question.
What does it mean to live well?
Together, we address patterns that interfere with our thriving and reconnect with the wholeness that has always existed beneath.

At heart, I am a lifelong learner with a deep love for what lies beneath the surface. Everything I have studied and practice began as a path I was first called to walk myself.
I don't believe healing happens through following someone else's advice or a specific protocol. Nor do I believe change occurs through mindset work alone.
Lasting transformation occurs when we learn to listen to and work with all aspects of ourselves, finding greater awareness, compassion, coherence, and direction within. Together, these aspects of self function as our Inner Compass that can guide us through the journey of being human.

Learning to listen to the wisdom, sensations, signals, intuition, and stored patterns held within.

Exploring old beliefs, identities, stories, and conscious knowing vs subconscious programming.

Understanding the messages of our emotions and tending to what matters most.

Open to meaning, purpose, intuition, and the energies that surround and support us every day.
The Inner Compass leads us to meaningful and sustainable change. As we find deeper alignment within, it transforms how we relate to others, our communities, and the living world around us.
I believe people are not broken, though many have forgotten their wholeness.
I believe symptoms often carry wisdom, though many were never taught the language of the body.
I believe every part of you is inherently worthy of love, dignity, respect, and belonging.
I believe growth and healing are cyclical, not linear.
I believe we are shaped by our relationships, families, communities, cultures, and the systems we inhabit.
I believe most people aren't becoming someone new. They are remembering who they have always been.
And I believe that as we come home to ourselves, we naturally become more capable of contributing to the wellbeing of others and the world around us.
When I'm not riding the healing wave, facilitating sessions, writing, teaching, or creating, you'll often find me splashing in the water with my family, exploring nature, reading, dancing, traveling, gathering with friends, or tending to my garden.
Because this work isn't something I teach from my above.
It's a path I continue to walk myself.
I don't believe we're here to spend our lives fixing ourselves.
I believe we're here to remember who we are, reconnect with what matters, and learn how to live well—within ourselves, with one another, and as part of the wild world.
If something in you is ready to go deeper, I'd love to connect.
