SAMPLE ONE-DAY PROGRAMMING

Workplace Wellness Reset

Half-Day or Full-Day Experience (2–6 Hours) — A restorative, low-disruption wellness experience designed to support stress reduction, emotional wellbeing, and sustainable energy. Employees rotate through short, high-impact experiences throughout the day.

20-Minute Teaching & Practice

Focused session on stress reduction, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, communication, boundaries, or energy management.

30-Minute Sound Experience

A calming, immersive sound bath designed to support restoration, focus, and nervous system recovery.

Gentle transition time to ground the experience before returning to work or rotating to the next session.
